Install Zoom
You can join from any device, but downloading Zoom ahead of time makes the process smoother.
- Computer: Zoom will launch in your browser or through the desktop app.
- Phone/Tablet: Install the Zoom app from the App Store or Google Play.
No Zoom account is required to join your session.
Joining from a Computer

Open your appointment confirmation email.
- Click the Join Zoom Meeting link.
- If Zoom is already installed, your browser may ask to Open Zoom — select that to launch the app.
- If you prefer not to download anything, choose Join from Your Browser at the bottom of the page.

Enter your name if prompted.
- Allow your browser to use your camera and microphone.

You’ll enter the virtual waiting room until your provider starts the session.
Joining from a Phone or Tablet
- Make sure the Zoom app is installed on your device.
- Tap the Join Zoom Meeting link in your appointment email. The Zoom app will open automatically.
- Approve access to your camera and microphone when prompted.
- Choose Wi-Fi or Cellular Data when asked how you’d like to connect to audio.

You will be placed in the waiting room until your provider begins the meeting.
Troubleshooting Tips
Camera Not Working
- Confirm you joined with video turned on (the camera icon should not have a red slash).

Ensure Zoom has permission to use your camera.
- On computers, check Zoom’s Video settings and verify the correct camera is selected.

On mobile devices, check your device’s app permissions.
Audio Problems
- Make sure you joined with audio enabled (the microphone icon should not have a red slash).

Confirm Zoom is allowed to access your microphone.
- In Zoom’s Audio settings, test your speaker and microphone.

If one source isn’t working, choose a different audio device from the dropdown options.
