Meet Our Administrative Team
The Team Supporting Your Care
Great mental health care depends on more than the providers you meet. Our administrative team helps coordinate the details behind every appointment, from clinic operations and billing support to day-to-day organization, so patients and providers have the support they need.

Madison Cornell
Clinic Operations CoordinatorMadison Cornell
Madison became a Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) in 2020 and has worked in healthcare ever since, with a particular interest in pediatrics. Her earlier experience as a preschool teacher and nanny—including supporting children with ADHD, ODD, and bipolar disorder—helped shape her patient, understanding approach. She has also earned certifications in child development.
Mental health is especially meaningful to Madison because of the experiences of friends and family. She believes mental health deserves the same care and attention as physical health and brings optimism and compassion to her work. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, singing, and playing guitar.

Anjelica Garcia
Billing CoordinatorAnjelica Garcia
Anjelica became a Certified Professional Coder–Biller in 2012 after attending MIBC. Since then, she has worked in specialty clinics and gained experience across the full revenue cycle. She enjoys solving complex billing challenges, helping teammates, and making the financial side of care feel less stressful for patients.
Outside work, Anjelica enjoys reading, television, nature, photography, music, and spending time with her three children and three pets.
