Dr. Audrey Shilander is board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology in General Psychiatry. She graduated with a medical degree from Western University of Health Sciences College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific in Pomona, California. From there, she completed her residency in psychiatry at the University of Nevada Las Vegas Kirk Kerkorian School of Medicine. She specializes in treatment of a wide range of psychiatric illnesses including mood, anxiety and trauma disorders. Additionally, she has specialty training in women’s and veteran’s mental health, as well as eating disorders. Dr. Shilander has received numerous awards throughout her career for her commitment to community service and has been an active member of the Nevada Psychiatric Association since 2016, including in several board positions.
