Sid Khurana, MD, is board certified from the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology in General Psychiatry as well as Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. He completed his residency and fellowship at the University of Virginia where he served as Chief Fellow for the division of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. His research interests include autism spectrum disorders, Tourette syndrome, and ADHD. He specializes in the treatment of bipolar disorder, PTSD, and anxiety. Dr. Khurana practices using the bio-psychosocial model of psychiatric disorders and uses elements of cognitive behavioral therapy with his medication management protocols. Today, as co-founder of Psychiatry Connection, he has built an experienced team of psychiatric professionals to expand access to high-quality, evidence-based care for patients all around the country.
